Learn German With Cartoons #3: It always amazes me that the name Zuckerberg in German means “Mount Sugar” or “pile of sugar”. The other words are “reinste” which means “purest” and “Frühstück” which is “breakfast” of course. I’m also sure you all know the idiom “Gefällt mir”, right?

Learn German With Cartoons #2: Here’s a possibly tricky “What’s the difference between…” joke. In English ”Uran” means ”uranium”. The word “abgebaut” could be translated with “to be mined” or “to be destroyed”. “Unterirdisch” means “subterranean”. Do you get it?
